Joining a household

Use the invitation provided by your household’s parent. If you are joining an existing household, avoid creating a new one. If you created one accidentally, contact support.

Using a shared tablet

A parent pairs the device using a code from the dashboard. Adults can sign in with their own accounts to manage membership and settings.

Calendar connections

In Manage, a parent can connect an adult’s calendar with the calendar owner’s consent or remove an existing connection. If a source needs attention, follow the message in the dashboard or contact support.

Privacy and deletion requests

Email the same address for access, export, or deletion help. The privacy notice describes stored information, optional integrations, and retention limits.

Please describe the problem and the approximate time it occurred. Do not email passwords, PINs, pairing codes, authorization tokens, or private calendar details.
